Mission & Vision

To empower humans to explore their full potential, while fostering ocean awareness and respect for nature.

"I’m an ultra-endurance swimmer and Olympian. I hold two world records for the longest unassisted ocean swim.

In September 2024, I swam 142.3 km over more than 60 hours, without sleep, a wetsuit or contact with a boat. The swim was continuous and done in open sea conditions, guided only by my support team for safety.

After an unfinished swim in 2023, I realised that physical training alone wasn’t enough. What failed first wasn’t strength, but focus, decision-making and how I managed discomfort.

That experience led me to develop The Ocean Mindset, a practical approach to training the mind alongside the body, with breath at its core.

I now share this work through workshops and talks focused on resilience, leadership and wellbeing."
